Yeganeh joined the Djaoud Lab in 2023. She received her undergraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in Iran and her Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa. Driven by a passion for immunology and a commitment to continuous learning, she is now pursuing her PhD studies, where she focuses on the biology of γδ T cells  and their potential for cancer immunotherapy. Beyond the lab, Yeganeh is an animal lover and enjoys caring for her growing collection of plants.
