Welcome to our group!
The Djaoud lab investigates the biology and diversity of innate lymphocytes, with a particular focus on γδ T cells, to understand the mechanisms that govern their function and adaptation. By defining their unique properties and therapeutic potential, we seek to develop new approaches to harness innate immunity for cancer treatment.
We are part of the Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Ottawa and the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute.
